Returns and Refunds Policy

Archies Thongs:
If your thongs are the wrong size (please refer to our sizing charts & if unsure, please measure your feet as per the chart to determine correct sizing), you can return them to us at 139 Mt Dandenong Rd, Croydon VIC 3136 at your own cost.
Please include your original packing slip with a note telling us which size you wish to exchange the thongs for & we will send you the replacements free of cost.
NOTE: Thongs must not have been worn and should be cleaned properly before returning them please. Any questions should be directed via the Footstore.au messaging option and MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER (found on packing slip).
REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED BECAUSE YOU CHOSE THE WRONG COLOUR OR SIZE OF THONGS. Charts with sizing and measurements for when you are unsure are provided to help you determine your sizing. Refunds for incorrect sizing will not be issued, particularly during the COVID19 pandemic, as our safety plan is to avoid incoming unsafe goods.
The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) provides consumers with guarantees that services supplied by suppliers will: be rendered with due care and skillbe fit for a purpose made known to the supplierbe of such a nature, quality, state or condition that they might reasonably be expected to achieve a result desired by the consumer which the consumer made known to the supplier andbe supplied within a reasonable time (if the time is not agreed by the consumer and supplier). The consumer guarantees apply to most services which are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use. Suppliers may be required to provide a refund where there has been a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee. A full refund, or a refund of the difference between the sale price and the value of the services delivered, must be provided when a failure cannot be remedied by the supplier or there is a ‘major failure’
