Description
Lateral wedge insoles for conditions like peroneal tendon pain, medial side knee osteoarthritis etc. Sold as a pair. Price includes shipping. Check below for sizing. These insoles can be trimmed with scissors for a more precise shoe fit. They can only be used in shoes that have adequate room.
These insole are specifically designed to ’tilt’ the foot inwards to help with specific conditions when indicated. For example, the lateral wedge shifts weight laterally, reducing load on the medial knee compartment in those with knee osteoarthritis and relieves tension in peroneal tendons by adjusting foot eversion.

Frequently asked questions about the Lateral Wedge Insoles:
How long does shipping take?
We ship every day. Most orders are sent the day we get them. However, we are at the mercy of Australia Post or the different couriers that we use after that. This can vary from a few days up to a week or so and obviously more during the festive season. We do try our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
Can I wear these lateral wedge insoles in all shoes?
No. You need to wear them in shoes in which there is adequate room. The best shoes are those that already have an insole in them that you can remove and replace with these insoles.
Are these lateral wedge insoles comfortable?
Once you are used to them, they are. It may take a while to get used to walking in these as they do change the alignment of the foot and the way you walk. You might want to start using them only for short periods of time initially.
How do you look after these insoles?
Hand wash with mild soap; air dry flat; don’t expose to heat
