Active Ingredients of fisiospray:
– Urtica dioica leaf liquid, ext eqv. To dry 100 mg/mL
– Spearmint Oil 75 mg/mL
– Rosemary Oil 25 mg/mL
– Eucalyptus Oil 25 mg/mL
These ingredients are the same as the fisocrem (here).

Directions for using the fisiospray 100ml spray:
For larger areas, apply 3-4 sprays topically to the area as required and massage in. For the best results continue to apply for 5 days and then 2-3 times per day as required. Fisiospray has been formulated to provide a soft dry finish that holds the actives against the skin for a prolonged period of time.

How long does shipping take?
We ship every day. Most orders are sent the day we get them. However, we are at the mercy of Australia Post or the different couriers that we use after that. This can vary from a few days up to a week or so and obviously more during the festive season. We do try our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
