How long does shipping take?
We ship every day. Most orders are sent the day we get them. However, we are at the mercy of Australia Post or the different couriers that we use after that. This can vary from a few days up to a week or so and obviously more during the festive season. We do try our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
What are the Bamboo Charcoal Insoles actually for?
These insoles are for those with an issue with foot odour and sweaty feet. They don’t fix the odour and they don’t stop the sweating (there are other things you can do for that), but they absorb the excessive sweat.
Why do you sell them as two pair?
You really do need 2 pairs of these sorts of insoles. Once they absorb some moisture, they can not absorb any more, so they need to dry out and be used on alternative days.
