How long does shipping take?
We ship every day. Most orders are sent the day we get them. However, we are at the mercy of Australia Post or the different couriers that we use after that. They only come in ‘one size fits all’. They are flexible and can easily adapt to large and small feet.

Yes. If it gets dirty or if cream builds up in as you wear it overnight for cracked heels, then it can be gently washed with water.

I love these for my cracked heels. I use a file on the dry skin then apply lots of cream and wear these cups overnight so the cream goes in. After a few days the heels are looking good until next time. Then repeat.
