XL size EU: 47-50 Men’s: 14-15
L size EU: 42-46 Women’s: 10-12 Men’s: 10-13
M size EU: 39-41 Women’s: 8-9.5 Men’s: 7-9.5
S size EU: 34-38 Women’s: 4-7.5 Men’s: 4-6.5

These can help your shoes fit better. The entire shoe can be stretched or they can be spot stretcher using the lugs if you have painful areas like bunions, Tailors bunion, hammer toes, Haglund’s bump or corns. These stretchers are made of pine wood, suitable for both men and women.

To use, insert the shoe stretcher into your shoes and turn the knob clockwise to expand them .Leave the stretchers in the shoes for a few days.

How long does shipping take?
We ship every day. Most orders are sent the day we get them. However, we are at the mercy of Australia Post or the different couriers that we use after that. This can vary from a few days up to a week or so and obviously more during the festive season. We do try our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.

What is the difference between the mens and womens shoe stretcher?
The women’s versions of this shoe stretcher are narrower than the men’s version.
